
Every person is like an iceberg.
The visible part — the DOING
It’s what we usually see first: actions, behaviors, skills.
It’s visible, tangible.
The hidden part — the BEING
What we don’t see, but can feel or sense: an intention, an energy, a presence.
Intangible, yet decisive.
Just like the submerged part of an iceberg, the BEING is the largest, densest, and most powerful lever for real change.
When I was introduced to ontology (the study of Being) in 2018, my coaching business was plateauing.
I had tools. I understood concepts.
I was doing—a lot.
But without real impact. And with little result.
Working at the level of BEING changed everything.
It had more impact than all the techniques combined.
It transformed:
- the way I convert prospects,
- my ability to support clients,
- and the depth of their transformation.
The point isn’t to oppose BEING and DOING.
DOING moves projects forward.
But BEING gives them Depth, Confidence, and Impact.
When we start working at the level of BEING, something shifts.
We become more Grounded, more Present, more Peaceful.
And everything begins to evolve differently.
