No need to say that teams efficiency in their ability to work together is a key result in organizations performance and that just adding the smartest people together doesn’t ensure a greater success. I spent about 12 years in the corporate world (in the space industry and in the truck industry), mainly in project management and very involved with teamwork. And this is what I loved most. My best memories in swimming, which is mainly an individual sport, are competitions and results as a team.
